Mohammad Nazir OBE, has over 30 years of senior executive, C-level, experience. He began his career in teaching, and then set up his training business and shortly after that his award-winning business development consultancy business. 

He leads on strategy and growth implementation using digital technology solutions to transform businesses and public sector organisations.

He also has expertise in BigData, Ai, and Smart Technologies of the future and has helped to nurture and launch new digital technology innovations into the global market.

In the public sector, he has served as an advisor on numerous regional and national boards from Skills Councils, Enterprise Development, Race & Equality, Innovation, Youth Enterprise, Public Health, APPG (All Parliamentary Party Group for Alternative Finance), and much more.

In 2010, he was awarded an “OBE” by Her Majesty The Queen “for Services to Business”.

John Cooke

John Cooke is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience working across the education, membership, and professional service industries. 

John also is an entrepreneur in residence at Innovation Birmingham. His career has seen him work for Vistage, the world’s largest executive coaching organisation, where he was business development director, and Microsoft where he was responsible for the design, development, and internal marketing of their Learning Portal.

Bally Bhogal founded LX Group (formerly ITSS) with a team of apprenticeship experts to help build the expertise of the apprenticeship training sector, so that they can focus on what they do best – train apprentices.

She implemented E-learning into her business during the Covid Pandemic to ensure her business not only survives but thrives during these testing times.

LX Group is a niche educational consultancy to the apprenticeship industry that provides training infrastructure and Ofsted readiness audits, online and onsite training and coaching and mentoring for budding and incumbent apprenticeship training providers.

Katie King, MBA is a published Author, Keynote Speaker & Consultant on Artificial Intelligence (AI), marketing, and business transformation. 

Katie has over 30 years of consulting experience and has advised many of the world’s leading brands and business leaders, as well as schools, colleges and universities.

Katie is a member of the UK Government All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) task force for the adoption of AI.

Katie is the author of Using Artificial Intelligence in Marketing: How to Harness AI and Maintain the Competitive Edge, published by Kogan Page in

The book is listed as a reference source in the ‘Brand Strategy’ section of the World Economic Forum’s Empowering AI Leadership AI toolkit for corporate boards. She is currently writing her second book.

Katie has delivered two TEDx talks and is a regular speaker on Equality, Women in STEM, AI, leadership, and similar topics, across the UK, Europe, India, Dubai, Oman, Bahrain, Singapore, China, and beyond.

Karina Palmer
