As Innovation Manager at STEAMhouse, this post will play a key brokerage and facilitation role enabling stakeholders to create new ideas, concepts and processes using a variety of innovation methods and approaches. The role will drive collaboration and experimentation at STEAMhouse by leading key services such as STEAM Labs, STEAM Sprints, STEAM Challenge Events and Collaborative Networking, as well as supporting our Strategic Innovation Consultancy service.
The role will support outcomes for businesses, in particular SMEs, through the delivery of STEAMhouse innovation services. As part of the Service Innovation team, this role will help build relationships and create clusters of collaborators, guiding them on their innovation journey and connecting them with opportunities across our collaborative ecosystem. The post holder will also be key to supporting our academic community to achieve their enterprise and learning outcomes by helping them to embed STEAM practice in the way they work, determine approaches to find capacity in their activity and, enhance links with industry challenges and opportunities.
