This independent review was commissioned by UK Government and led by Professor Juergen Maier CBE, Co-Chair of Made Smarter. Featured in this case study is West Bromwich based manufacturer, Metal Assemblies.
Metal Assemblies is a Tier 2 manufacturer which creates a wide variety of metal components for suppliers for the likes of Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, and Porsche. They were able to increase productivity by 40% through a grant funded by Made Smarter.
