No Code Incubator

Launch your business idea with the no-code programme.

The Challenge:

The West Midlands currently faces a challenge in fostering a diverse and representative pipeline of early-stage founders, with existing demographics being too homogenous and a weak scale-up investment landscape.

Traditional incubator models, focused primarily on providing physical space, are no longer sufficient post-COVID, as founders increasingly require technological support and funding. SuperTech’s alternative approach, using no-code development to reduce costs and accelerate market entry, has shown promise but remains reliant on inconsistent public funding.

This project aims to explore and establish a more effective support system for start-ups in the region, addressing these critical gaps in resources and representation.

Key Objectives:

1. Refinements to the delivery model and founder experience (see above)

2. Testing a mechanism with founders that will open up potential private sector money into idea stage founders AND

3. Potential for recycling investment to create a longer  term sustainable pool.

    Expected Outcomes:

    1. No. of companies formed  (short-term outcome)

      2. No. of new products/ services capable of being launched to market (short-term outcome)

      3. Value of investment raised by participants (longer term outcome)
