This meeting of the Innovative Zero Carbon Working Group (IZCWG) is happening alongside the seventh Energy Capital Partnership Collaboration Day.
There will be a discussion around the National Grid, including innovation and decarbonisation of energy networks, as well as updates from the Innovation Alliance and funding opportunities in energy and decarbonisation. There will also be an opportunity to share your own zero carbon work on any subject with other working group members, as well as members of the Energy Capital Partnership. We hope this will be a bigger than ever chance to make connections and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
Lunch will be provided after the speakers and round table discussion. Following this, taking on feedback on the Working Group as a whole from the last meeting, we are pleased to be offering an Innovation Tour of Birmingham Energy Innovation Centre and Tyseley Energy Park as a whole.
There wil be multiple opportunities for networking throughout the day, as well as the chance to book a hot-desking spot from 9.30am and after the event, if you wish to stay longer and work from BEIC (or continue networking!).
