This time we will be hearing about the use of technology to support community healthcare. Birmingham Community HealthCare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) provides accessible and responsive care to adults across the West Midlands. Patients and service users receive care either in their own home, or in a range of inpatient settings, community hospitals, health centres and clinics.
