WMG’s Intelligent Vehicles team have announced a digital masterclass series in developing skills to support the shift to Automated, Connected, Electric and Shared transport.
The connected and autonomous car is a crucial element of the wider Intelligent Vehicle transportation network and the aspirational concept of ‘ubiquitous connectivity’ which is set to revolutionise the mobility ecosystem.

The course is aimed at engineers and managers who wish to learn about the opportunities and future potential of various technologies, techniques and systems emerging for the vehicle market.
The masterclass is a short course which will be charged at £650 per person incl. VAT. The course will be delivered over 4 days, to deliver a total of 8 hours teaching. Normally this is delivered as 2 hours per day, but it can be flexible.

Aims:
After attending the masterclass, participants will gain a basic understanding of challenges associated with Intelligent Vehicles and the key role of emerging vehicular communications.
Moreover, through the analysis of the principles of the operation of wireless data communication systems, group exercises and case studies, they will be aware of the state of the art and on-going research in this field.

- Visions of the future challenges for Connected and Automated Mobility: 5G evolution, 6G and V2X.
This course will be delivered as a mixture of theoretical and practical sessions, online via MS Teams.
