Join us for the fourth workshop organised by the Sector Development Team at BSWN to explore what a business plan is, why it is important to have one, what does it include and how to write a good business plan.
This workshop is the fourth in a series of monthly workshops to support you and your organisation/community group to become more sustainable and work more efficiently. Last month, we discovered the tips and tricks to develop a good fundraising strategy, which is one of the many elements of a good business plan. So, if you do not have a business plan in place and/or if you have not reviewed your business plan for a while, join us and we will support you to understand why a business plan is important and how to develop one.
This is a hybrid session that will be held in the BSWN Social Enterprise Incubator and also online, our incubator is located on the first floor in the Coach House, St Paul’s.
