Roadmap to NetZero: Improve your competitive advantage

11 August 2022

Access expertise from Coventry University academics and industry experts to achieve Net Zero goals through dedicated collaborative support.

Roadmapping is an agile strategic planning technique that enables the development and communication of strategy and innovation. Its flexibility and utility mean that it is used extensively across industry, government and academic organisations to bring clarity and alignment of purpose in dealing with complex issues such as decarbonisation of manufacturing and the pathway to Net Zero.

The collaborative nature of roadmaps enables strategic alignment and dialogue across functions within your business. This Roadmapping Workshop will help you provide clear direction and alignment of specific needs at all levels, including functional, organisation-wide and even in collaboration between organisations.

This programme will cover the basics of Roadmapping and provide facilitation to enable you to create your organisation’s own roadmap identifying the key activities and technologies that will help your business achieve your Net Zero aspirations. Through a series of seminars and on-site visits, we will equip your business attendees with the understanding of how to create and maintain a strategic roadmap to Net Zero.

SMEs attending will have the opportunity to join a collaboration programme ending in March 2023, comprised of several workshops and 121 bespoke support.
