Innovate UK, as part of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) is investing up to £800k to fund early-stage, human-centred design projects in creative or immersive experiences.
Delivered through the Audience of the Future Challenge Fund (AotF), this competition is for early stage projects that use customer research to generate ideas that meet customer needs. Fast, low-cost prototyping and user testing of those ideas is also within scope. Projects must also explore innovation opportunities in one or more of three themes: Designing for Net Zero, Design for Build Back Better and Design for Cross Sector Immersive Projects.
You can find out more about the competition’s scope and eligibility, as well as tips for applying by attending the online briefing event from 2pm on 1 September.
