The Birmingham Charity Forum is an innovative initiative which aims to bring together local Birmingham charities and promote collaboration.
LoveBrum is looking to support charities and projects across Birmingham who’ve been adversely affected by the pandemic or are looking for ways to share best practice and meet likeminded charity founders, employees or volunteers.
Hosted by Andy Whelan, Ops Manager of LoveBrum, this informal event will look to foster partnerships between a diverse collective of charities where ideas and knowledge will be discussed providing a fruitful forum across the network. It will give charities a platform to discuss key issues and trends within this forgotten sector that have arisen during the pandemic and discuss how sustainability can be achieved.
Guest Speakers:
Kirsty McEwen, Head of the Charity and Not for Profit Team for Higgs and Sons Solicitors.
Jess Phillips MP for Yardley.
Rachel Maclean MP. Co-founder of LoveBrum.
More guest speakers may be announced shortly.
An agenda will be posted in due course.
